Consulting in performance assessment system using KPIs for Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, HCMC, 1/2013). OCD consultants help to strengthen the management system of the company as the basis for the reform of the salary system. The assgnment consist 2 phases: (1) Consulting in development  BSC - KPIs system for offices of the Corporation (2) Provide consultants and comments for KPI development process at Phu My Fertilizer Plant. The specific objectives of the project include: (i) Research and evaluate the current state of enterprise, (ii) Develop KPIs project, (iii) Launching KPIs programs, (iv) Identify the key factors (KSF), (v) Develop KPIs for level managers, (vi) select KRI and other performance indicators of the rest level of the corporation; (v) standardize performance measurement  system, (vi) apply and improve performance measurement system.

Consulting project to Restructure and Develop HR Management System for PTI

In 2011, OCD successfully completed the consulting project to Restructure and Develop HR Management System of the Post and Telecommunications Insurance Company (PTI;www.pti.com.vn),  supporting their mission to become a non-life insurance retailer with the biggest distribution system in the Vietnam market. The consultants were focused in (i) reviewing and assessing the appropriateness of the organizational structure with strategy, (ii) standardizing  title structure, (iii) building a system of titles and job description for the positions of PTI, (iv) developing  the overall compensation system including wage system, (v) seting up KPI based rating system to evaluate the performance of departments and job titles; (vi) developing policies and procedures for staff recruitment, training and planning.
