Together with remarkable  achievements in the process of renovation, small and medium  sized enteprises (SME) play a more and more crucial role in the socioeconomic development of Vietnam. Having been fully aware of this, the ommunist Party and Government of Vietnam have always considered the evelopment of SMEs as one of the most important mandates.
