OCD follows a systematic approach to training that addresses specific needs, objectives, time and location constraints and budgets of each corporate client. OCD's interaction with a client would start with initial analysis and assessment services (e.g. Training Needs Assessment) and complete with an evaluation / follow-up / review that helps the client to make the best use of our training service in a longer term perspective.
