Established in 2003, Organizational Capacity Development JSC (OCD) is a Vietnamese company specialized in providing management training and consulting to businesses and organizations in Vietnam, with high level of professionalism, applicability and quality.

OCD Capacity and Experience

For over 6 years OCD has been providing management training and consulting services to many businesses in Vietnam. OCD consultants and trainers have competencies in the areas of organizational development, organizational capacity evaluation, strategic planning and business growth management. The majority of OCD consultants and trainers have over 10 years of experience in their area of expertise (many of them with over 20 years of experience), have international qualifications and have worked and/or studied abroad. This international exposure, combined with extensive knowledge and insight into the workings of local organizations and agencies, provides a valuable and unique mixture that ensures locally relevant programmes of international standards.
