This is a skill-oriented course based on introduction of fundamental management issues. After the course participants will be able to: • Describe roles and functions of performance appraisal in human resource management in an organization • Establish an appropriate performance appraisal system for managing organizational performance. • Apply necessary skills for effective facilitation, consultation and job coaching, interview and feedback skills
Target Audience People with at least 2 years experience in areas of human resources management or middle management, who have undergone a training course on fundamentals of HR management systems.

Management by Objectives (MBO) Session 3: Building a performance management system using BSC Session 4. Building a performance management system using BSC (cont.) Session 5.
