An initiative of EduViet, the Chief People Officer’s Club (CPO Club), HR Association of Hanoi and the HRLink, the Vietnam HR Day 2009 is the first and biggest event organized by and for HR professionals in Vietnam. It is designed to be an open forum for discussion of the various aspects of human resources management in the businesses and organizations of Vietnam by professional HR managers and executives, a place to celebrate the HR profession, to network and to learn from each other’s best practices.

HR Day 2009 is a non-profit event supported by fund-raising and fee contributions among members and interested parties. Sharing the organisers’ spirit of promoting the HR profession both in the corporate and public sectors, OCD (www.ocd.vn) and specifically the Online Management Training Program (www.omt.vn) has been a strong advocate for and supporter of the event, by providing financial sponsorship, becoming a exhibitor in the event and having the OCD Lead Consultant moderating one panel discussion in the event.

Vietnam HR Day 2009 will attract some 800 participants who are business executives, managers and HR professionals from all over the country. The full-day event will take place at the National Convention Center (NCC), My Dinh, Hanoi, on October 31st, 2009.
