| OCD and NCS sign e-learning solution contract and partner agreement |

 On January 12, 2008, OCD signed contract with NCS Corporation (www.ncs.com.vn) to supply e-learning solution for the Online Management Training (OMT) program. On the same occasion, OCD and NCS also signed a partner agreement, aimed at jointly promoting e-learning solutions to corporate clients in Vietnam as well as broadening the awareness and outreach of e-learning to the business community in Vietnam in general. Founded in 2001, NCS is one of the most dynamic and determined players in the IT industry of Vietnam. NCS offers Vietnamized e-Learning solutions in full compliance with SCORM, the dominant standard for implementing sharable Web-based learning systems. OCD partners with NCS in the OMT project to provide reliable, relevant e-learning technology solutions that are developed by the Vietnamese for the Vietnamese.Updates on the OMT program are available on the websites: www.daotaoquanly.vn and www.businesstraining.vn since February 2009. Online management training courses developed by OCD will be available from the OMT portal, accessible from these two web addresses.
