Training Needs Assessment and Analysis (TNAA) at the Office of the Government of Vietnam (OOG) for the Danida-funded project "Strengthening Capacity of the Office of the Government of Vietnam" (2003). Our OD Specialist was team member of the international team undertaking this comprehensive 5-month assignment at the Office of the Government of Vietnam, which helped to operationalize the Human Resources Management (HRM) and training strategies of OOG. Subsequently she was engaged in the team to design OD and HRM training programs for the Office of the Government (2004).
