OCD consultant took part in the Assessment of the project proposal "Poverty Reduction through Integrated Small Enterprise Development" (PRISED), funded by Sida (Sweden), 2004. In 2006, OCD consultant helped to design the transition process of PRISED from the international implementing agency (the International Labour Organisation) to the Vietnamese implementing agency (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
