Consultancy on start-up for the black bone chicken business for a group of farmers in Quan Ba, Ha giang  within the framework of Caritas Switzerland. 

Since August 2008, OCD's consultants conducted the  market research and operation evaluation of the  black bone chicken farming in Quan Ba, Ha giang and proposed a business model which fits the local  conditions, developed a business plan, supported the calling for shareholders to form the new joint stock company as well as provided training in business management for key shareholders and management staff of the new company. The new company was formally established in December 2008.
