Review and redesign of the Compensation System for Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (2007-2008), including Vinataba headquarters and two subsidiary companies, the Vinataba Trading Company and Vinataba Import-Export Company, to fit with the strategic development objectives of the Corporation, taking into consideration its status as a state-owned enterprise.

OCD consultants facilitated the process of implementing the newly developed compensation system. The ultimate goal of the consultancy was to help Vinataba develop a more effective management practice and improve its image as the preferred employer on the labour market.
