Comprehensive Management Training Program for the Vietnam Postal Services Corporation (VPS). Started with a two-month “Management Training Program” for VPS’s managers in Hanoi in 2003, this successful training program was replicated for managers of all three regional centers of VPS.

Specialised training courses in sales skill, customer service skill and business communication were also developed for various departments of VPS (2004-2005).
