| Customer Service training for FSI executives |

In 2007-2008 OCD designed and delivered a number of tailor-made Customer Services training courses for PVFC customer-facing staff in Hanoi, Danang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa and Nam Dinh.
Based on the success of these courses, the contents have been incorporated into the orientation training program for new staff of PVFC. OCD also provided highly contextualized customer service training to other customers in the financial services industry (FSI), including VNDirect Securities, APEC Securities, Morgan-Stanley Huong Viet Securities and An Binh Bank (2007-2008).
