An open-enrolment training program on up-to-date human resource management for HR practitioners in both businesses and non-profit organizations, this popular training course is jointly organized by OCD and IndochinaPro (www.inpro.vn) on a regular basis since 2006.

In 2007-2008 OCD designed and delivered a number of tailor-made Customer Services training courses for PVFC customer-facing staff in Hanoi, Danang, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa and Nam Dinh.

ICT is another sector where OCD has accumulated significant knowledge and expertise for specialised training. In 2007-2008 OCD had successfully provided training to leading ICT companies in Vietnam, including FPT Corporation, FPT Telecom, CMC Software, CMC Telecom, EVN Telecom, Dang Khoa IT Plaza, to name a few.
