Review and revise the compensation system, including salary scales, bonus and benefits policies of Hanoi Confectionery Joint Stock Company (2005-2006). OCD was engaged to help the management of Hanobaco, a 150-plus employee confectionery maker in Hanoi (www.hanobaco.com.vn), to re-structure the company’s compensation system, to align compensation with business performance and better fit with the changing business environment and post-equitization business model.
