OCD has been delivering consulting service in Organizational Development for Hoa Viet JSC, a member company of Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (2007-2008). 

OCD provided capacity building support to the company’s task force and facilitated the process of formulating corporate vision, development objectives and implementation planning. The assignment also included organizational restructuring and development of a new compensation system in the company.
