In 2009 OCD consultants continue to deliver strategic consulting and management consulting services to a number of industry-leading clients, including Constrexim Holdings, Ba An JSC (flexible HDPE pipe maker), Lua Viet Ltd (leading coal stove maker in North Vietnam), among others.

Review and redesign of the Compensation System for Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (2007-2008), including Vinataba headquarters and two subsidiary companies, the Vinataba Trading Company and Vinataba Import-Export Company, to fit with the strategic development objectives of the Corporation, taking into consideration its status as a state-owned enterprise.

OCD has been delivering consulting service in Organizational Development for Hoa Viet JSC, a member company of Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (2007-2008). 

Review and revise the compensation system, including salary scales, bonus and benefits policies of Hanoi Confectionery Joint Stock Company (2005-2006). OCD was engaged to help the management of Hanobaco, a 150-plus employee confectionery maker in Hanoi (www.hanobaco.com.vn), to re-structure the company’s compensation system, to align compensation with business performance and better fit with the changing business environment and post-equitization business model.
