OMT is an innovative learning program developed by OCD for Vietnamese SME exporters, with financial support from the Danida-funded Global Competitiveness Facility (GCF).

This program aims to provide SMEs with customised e-learning solutions that are relevant, cost-effective and flexible, enabling them to benefit from a balanced combination of international expertise, local insight and flexible learning methods, while keeping their training budget under control and making the best use of their ICT infrastructure.  Starting January 2009, information on OMT is regularly updated on our e-learning portals: www.businesstraining.vn  and www.daotaoquanly.vn.
