Ms Huynh Le Tam is Senior Consultant in capacity building for organisations in the public sector and an expert in quality management systems.

During 2000-2005, Ms Tam was Quality Assurance Expert cum Head of Quality Assurance Unit for the Seafood Export and Quality Improvement Programme - Phase 2, jointly executed by the Ministry of Fisheries (MOFI) of Vietnam and Danida of Denmark. During 2007-8 Ms Tam was long-time consultant to EU and the FAO to set up the Food Standards and Quality Control Agency of Cambodia.

Ms. Tam is also an active and recognised certifier for the Aquaculture Certification Council (USA). Ms Tam graduated from Galatzi University (Rumania) and holds an MBA with double specialization in Management of Technology and Int’l Business.
