Ms Nguyen Quynh Chi is Senior Consultant and Trainer of OCD with over 25 years of experience and expertise in strategic management, private sector development and capacity building of complex organisations. 

Prior to co-founding OCD, Ms Chi was for many years the Manager of the SME Development Program at the Business School of NEU and Vice Head of the Marketing and Operations Management Division of the NEU Business School. Over the years she has developed unique in-depth expertise in advising and training for service sector companies especially those in the ICT and FSI sectors.

Ms Chi is a recognised expert in City Development Strategy (CDS) and Business Development Services (BDS). As long-term CDS consultant to the Municipality of Nam Dinh, she successfully facilitated the participatory process of developing Nam Dinh’s strategy to become the Southern Red River Delta’s regional hub and presented Vietnam’s CDS experience to the 2^nd international conference of City Alliance in Jeju, Korea (2007). Her other clients include: College of Business Administration and Management (CBAM – under VCCI), Vietnam Women’s Union, Castrol, Petrolimex, SSI, EVN Telecom, VNDirect, PVFC, FPT Corporation and member companies, among others.

Ms Chi had her university degree at the Donexk State University (Ukraine) and holds an MBA from Boise State University (Idaho, USA).
