Ms Dau Thuy Ha was the first Director of OCD and currently is Chairwoman of the Board of Management. As a consultant Ms Ha has experience in setting up and developing new businesses, especially in the professional services industry. During 2006-2007 she helped set up VNDirect Securities, a fast-growing Vietnamese broking house, especially in terms of human resources development.

She also advised the strategic growth and development of several successful businesses, most recently Dai An Security Company (www.daian.com.vn), DoBF Investment Training (www.dobf.vn) and Van Xuan Technical College (www.vxc.vn). Prior to co-founding OCD, Ms Ha had more than 10 years working in the private sector with multinational companies Hewlett-Packard and Daewoo Corporation, where she contributed to setting up and developing the operations of these companies in Vietnam. Ms Ha graduated from Simferopol State University (former USSR) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree
