Ms Huyen has over 9 years of management experience in the areas of bidding, administration, human resource, quality system management, sale. Especially, she is one of the first members participating in CMC’s quality system management and COMIT corporation ’s HR system (the company has 4 subsidiaries with different lines of business): recruitment, training, employee assessment and monitoring, approciate adjustment for these policies over the years. Besides, she is the member of OCD consultant team, who consults on organizational restructuring and setting up the HR management system for Huu Nghi Foods.

Ms Huyen graduated from National Economics University and holds the Master degree of Business Administration at National Economics University. Besides, she takes part in short term training course Mini MBA designed by HSB
