Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Ha is OCD Consultant and currently HR Director of Pathfinder International Organization, also Vietnam HR Association Secretary-General. She is consultant of human resource development and organizational restructuring.

Ms Ha has many years of working as HR Manager, office manager for foreign organizations. She also has experience in teaching and consulting on organization development, management skills and leadership, establishing HRM system (especially incentive and retentive system for employee, time management skill, planning skill, etc...). Her typical clients are VNPost, Huu Nghi Foods JSC, PTI.

Ms Ha graduated from Hanoi Foreign Language University, Diplomatic Academy and holds Master of Business Administration degree of Institute of Business Administration – National Economics University. She is currently PhD candidate at National Economics University majoring in HRM.
