Mr To Dinh Hieu is OCD Consultant, also Lecturer of Software Engineering and Software Project Mangement. He has many years of experience in working for some Information Technology and Telecommunications Enterprises such as VTC Telecommunication JSC, TMA Solutions Co.,

 Mr Hieu is currently OCD Supervision Consultant Team Leader in Ho Chi Minh city for the Project of Appication Supporting CMMI at software businesses in Viet Nam, sponsored by Ministry of Information and Communications.

Mr Hieu graduated from Ho Chi Minh University  of Technology, completed training program for Lecturer in Software Engineering of Carnegie Mellon University, US and many other short and medium term training programs in software engineering, software project management.
