Ms Le Lan Huong is OCD Trainer, Training and Development Manager of Grant Thornton (Vietnam). She has more than 16 years working experience with foreign invested companies in Vietnam including 7 years specializing in human resources management (HRM).

She has an excellent knowledge of human resources management and development as well as good relationships with Government authorities. She designed training materials and conducted courses in soft skills and HRM to public and internal clients.

Huong graduated from Hanoi College for Training Teachers of Foreign Languages in 1992 and have obtained a MBA Degree with Preston University (USA) in 2006 and Master of Online Teacher Certificate with University of Illinois in 2010.

Huong is Deputy Chairman of Human Resources Association in charge of membership development.
