 Ms Dau Thuy Ha was the first Director of OCD and currently is Chairwoman of the Board of Management. As a consultant Ms Ha has experience in setting up and developing new businesses, especially in the professional services industry. During 2006-2007 she helped set up VNDirect Securities, a fast-growing Vietnamese broking house, especially in terms of human resources development.

 Dr Tang Van Khanh is Director of OCD, in charge of the company’s overall business development. He specializes in Process Establishment and Improvement, Information System Management and Customer Service. Dr Khanh has over 10 years of experience in training and research with the National Economics University (NEU) in Hanoi.

 Ms Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong is OCD Lead Consultant in the area of Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Training Management, Project Management and Management Information Systems. She has led successful consulting projects in the areas of HRMD and organizational re-structuring for both public service organizations and major private sector corporations in Vietnam. |
 Ms Nguyen Quynh Chi is Senior Consultant and Trainer of OCD with over 25 years of experience and expertise in strategic management, private sector development and capacity building of complex organisations. |
 Mr Ngo Quy Nham is OCD Business Consultant and Trainer and works as Lecturer of Business Management, Strategic Management and HRM at Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University. |
