Developing Strategy for VICEM and 7 member companies

In 2014, OCD signed the consulting contract to revise the strategy for Vietnam Cement Industrial Corporation (Vicem) and develop strategy for 7 member companies include Hoang Thach, Hai Phong, Hoang Mai, Tam Diep, But Son, Bim Son and Hai Van. The project consists of conducting market research in more than 40 target market provinces of Vicem's member companies, analysing the internal and external factors, develop strategy statement, develop BSC and implementation plan for all related companies. This project will be implemented by OCD's experienced Strategy Consulting team.
