In December of 2014, the OCD Market Research team performed customer satisfaction research for the Northern Power Corporation (NPC), a regional body of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), Vietnam's largest energy company. EVN-NPC provides the majority of energy to Southern Vietnam and has all 27 cities and provinces under its umbrella of services.

 This market research project was implemented in each of these 27 cities and provinces while utilizing about 12,000 organizational and household customers as the sample size. The overarching objective was to obtain relevant data on the level of customer satisfaction that will generate insight for EVN-NPC, thereby informing their strategy-making process and ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.
