Vietnam Market Research: Customer Satisfaction Surveying & Analysis for Danang Power Corporation (EVN-DPC, 8/2014)

In August of 2014, the OCD Market Research team performed customer satisfaction research for the Danang Power Corporation (DPC), a regional body of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), Vietnam's largest energy company. EVN-DPC provides the majority of energy to Danang and has all districts under its umbrella of services. This market research project was implemented in each of these districts while utilizing about 600 organizational and household customers as the sample size. The project consisted of (i) the creation of project plans, collection of samples and the inquiry candidate list; (ii) supervision of the inquiry; (iii) perform the interviews; and (iv) present reports to EVN-DPC, as well as firms that fall directly under it.

The overarching objective was to obtain relevant data on the level of customer satisfaction that will generate insight for EVN-DPC, thereby informing their strategy-making process and ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.
